4 MONTH FLASHBACK

Looking back we all anticipated the haunting month of October! The end of the month creeped up on us way too swiftly! We celebrated the season by going to Cornbellys at Thanksgiving Point!
Kids loved the hay wagon “train” ride...
the haystack play area...

the gigantic wooden playsets...
the "cow ride"

(yes, somehow I fit in there with Shelby and it was one bumpy ride!)...

AND last but not least, Aaron going down this on a potato sack with Jett! I seriously don't know how they survived it...well, Jett was FREAKED and Aaron limped around after and moaned about his bum being hurting for days!! :(

The Vivint end of the year party arrived…
Jett loved the bumper cars and thee J-dawgs
but the crash derby and the grand finale fireworks completed the show with a bang!
We used our creativity and spent a day painting pumpkins...
Jett insisted on doing a green Percy the train and was proud to pose for a pic with a cheesy face just like his award-winning pumpkin!

The kids asked to go to Grandma T's "haunted" halloween house bout 10 times a day, they loved all of her super spooky decor...

Shelby especially loved sitting on Joe the scarecrows lap...

Then outside we would go to soak up the most of the last sunshine rays, sad but true!

 (AWWW, sigh now!)

They love taking wagon rides around

and especially playing in the leaves...

We went to the ward's haunted Halloween carnival
where Jett couldn't even stand still to take a photo sporting his costume...

Lightning McQueen race car driver suit
and Miss Shelby a cute cuddly little lion...
and also attended Jett’s spectactular spooky pre-school party too, what fun too see all his friends and teacher all dressed up!

All in all the wild weeks were full of spooky entertainment that both Jett & Shelby enjoyed! On Halloween evening they were mesmerized at how much candy the neighbors handed out and Jett was sure to tell them that Shelby needed some candy in her pumpkin pail too (even though she couldn’t eat most of the sweet treats anyways!) I’m sure he knew she would later on share!

To sum up the night the kids (and us) consumed way too much sugar and they were bouncing off the walls till November!
